A good combination, tasty and healthy: - 400 - 500 g of sauerkraut - 1 large carrot - two medium or 1 large boiled red beet - a handful of green parsley - a piece of the white part of the leek - 1 teaspoon of sugar - 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper - 5 tablespoons of oil
1. Usually, cabbage for salad does not need to be soaked, it is enough to cut it into smaller parts.
2. Cut the white part of the leek in half lengthwise and into small slices.
3. Finely chop the parsley, you can also chop the stalks.
4. Grate the carrots on a coarse vegetable grater.
5. We grind the beets similarly.
6. Season with sugar, pepper and add oil.
7. Now you just need to mix thoroughly.
