Cookies and a bit of sugar and cinnamon - heaven in my mouth. - 3 cups of flour (about 400g) - 200 - 250g of butter - 3 yolks - 1 small vanilla-flavored sugar - 1/2 cup of thick sour cream - sugar and cinnamon to taste Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
1. Sift the flour through a fine sieve. Add the vanilla-flavored sugar to the flour and mix it lightly.
2.
3. Put butter cut into pieces into the flour.
4. Now add 3 yolks.
5. And cream. We mix everything thoroughly with a spoon.
6. Now you need to knead the smooth mass with your hands (about 3-4 minutes).
7. Flatten the dough ball into a thick cake and wrap it in food foil. Put the prepared dough in the fridge for 1.5 to 2 hours.
8.
9. When the dough has cooled down and the ingredients have tied together, roll them out into a cake with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm.
10. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and grease them with the remaining protein.
11. Now sprinkle sugar, crystal and cinnamon on the protein.
12. Bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes at 200 (they must brown well). They are perfect for a few days, their only drawback is they disappear quickly :)
